Many patent offices remain happy to let inventors waste their money filing
patents on perpetual motion machines. Parisian Yuly Zagyansky (W0 99/56288) says
he has worked out how 鈥渃ontradictions in Einstein-Bohr physics鈥� will let him
construct 鈥渁eroplane carpets鈥�. He claims to have discovered a 鈥渘ovel unknown
force鈥� which can 鈥渆liminate the gravitational field鈥� by creating magnetic fields
through deforming electric ones. Warming to his theme, Zagyansky goes on to say
that his invention proves the existence of other universes. It鈥檚 so easy when
you know how.
