Is the gut health craze just a fad or is there some scientific truth to it? Leading dietitian will focus on the evidence during her talk at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Live. She will explain the simple and cost-effective ways to look after your gut.

Rossi has a PhD in gut health from the faculty of medicine and biomedical sciences at the University of Queensland, Australia. She leads research at King’s College London investigating nutrition-based therapies in gastrointestinal health, including pre- and probiotics, dietary fibres, the low FODMAP diet and food additives. Megan also founded The Gut Health Clinic, where she leads a team of registered gut-specialist dietitians.
