Which of the following is not a particle? Hadron, lardon, hyperon and pion

Answer: lardon. Hadron is the catch-all name given to particles made up of quarks; hyperons are hadrons that contain at least one strange quark and pions are a type of hadron. Lardons are bits of bacon.
