ISBN 0 465 01704 5) is that familiar television character, an assistant district
attorney. But he is real, and worked in the Manhattan DA’s office. Levy
admirably explains the origin and fundamentals of DNA fingerprinting, then leads
the reader into court to show its sensational impact on cases, mostly of murder,
rape or both. The book grips like a pair of handcuffs.
