A small clock that projects the time on your living-room wall has been
invented by Leona Electronics in Hong Kong (UK 2 311 628).

The clock draws on the principle behind the sundial. The small clock motor is
mounted in the centre of the wall, while a lamp and mirror behind the front of
the clock illuminate the clock’s hands. These cast long shadows across the
wall—much like the gnomon of a sundial.
