Here’s one from the bizarre inventions department: an electric hairbrush.
Powered by four AA batteries, an electric discharge from the hairbrush
“stimulates hair follicles and increases blood circulation”, according to its
Japanese manufacturer Tokuyasu, based in Nagoya. The Ionic Hairbrush is said to
achieve its effect by generating ozone and negative ions, which also help to
deodorise hair.
