Go right, I mean left

Dithering motorists will be able to broadcast their uncertainty to the world
with the “holdback indicators” being patented by Gerald Cotter of Lancaster (GB
2356747). Four extra indicator lights are fitted to the front and rear corners
of a car, these extra lights are controlled by a switch that is completely
separate from the conventional indicators. When drivers want to turn left, but
are not quite sure where their turning is, they flash the left “holdbacks”
—or the right ones if they want to turn right. And they flash both lights
if they’re not sure whether their turning is…
