Gamblers can now rack up debts in the reassuring knowledge that their
hard-earned cash is helping people in need. A group of aid agencies in Norway,
including the Cancer Society and the Red Cross, have set up an online gambling
site. Gamblers with a password and credit card can log on to play games such as
blackjack and roulette. To deter gambling addicts, players cannot bet more than
£117 a week. After paying off investors and taking care of running costs,
