Hell's brake lights

Modern cars often have an extra brake light high on the rear window for safer driving. But where would you mount one on a motorcycle? On the rider’s head, suggests John Cromarty of Bristol.

His simple patent describes a crash helmet fitted with a matrix of several hundred LEDs on the back (GB 2374272). The array is hooked up to a quick-release cable that connects it to the bike’s electrics.
