Carbon conundrum

What is to be done about carbon emissions? The problem is often presented as intractable – not least by those corporations that want to ring the last cent of return from their investments before anything is done. The Solar Economy (Earthscan, £13.99) presents a solution. It comes emblazoned with a quote from Âé¶¹´«Ã½’s review of the hardback edition: “Inspirational… Sheer’s is a heady, utopian vision. Here comes the sun.”
