Second US mad cow?

Vets are investigating a second suspected case of mad cow disease in the US. The US Department of Agriculture’s inspection service announced on 18 November that it is withholding details of the cow until a definitive BSE test is conducted this week. French authorities, meanwhile, have reported the first suspected case of BSE in a goat.
