MARK DAVIS, coordinator of the Obsolete Pesticide Programme (OPP) of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), has written to me saying how delighted he was that I raised the matter of obsolete pesticides with Gareth Thomas, the then information minister at the Department for International Development (Â鶹´«Ã½, 8 January, p 47).
