Vets demand official rejection of homeopathy

IF YOUR pet was ill, would you plump for a homeopathic remedy?

Many vets are aghast that unproven homeopathic treatments are routinely prescribed to animals (Âé¶¹´«Ã½, 10 December 2005, p 8). The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in London, however, seems unsure of its stance.

Âé¶¹´«Ã½ has learned that the RCVS decided back in February to quietly remove a list of vets that offer homeopathic treatments from its official published register of licensed veterinary practitioners.
