NEW SCIENTIST has received a letter signed by three scientists at the Centro de Investigaci贸n de Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Polit茅cnico Nacional in Mexico City describing events in Argentina since the regime of Isabel Per贸n was overthrown by the military on 24 March.
