David Fielding, whose brother was one of 2000 British people with haemophilia who died after being given blood contaminated with HIV or hepatitis in the 1970s and 80s. Fielding gave evidence at an independent inquiry into the incident, which released its report this week (The Scotsman, Edinburgh, UK, 22 February)
