I recently followed – a mixed-reality experience that takes you through a virtual butterfly house (pictured above). Vibrant, animated butterflies flutter around on floor-to-ceiling screens. The best part was being able to “hold” the critters in my hand by using an app linked to my phone’s camera that let real-time animations of butterflies land on my finger. It is a brilliant mix of nature and technology – in London’s busy centre for the next six months.
