Becca Caddy is a London-based freelance writer specialising in consumer technology, popular science and the future.

For more than 11 years she has been writing news articles, long-form features, interviews, lists and guides all about the world of technology. She has written for newspapers including The Guardian, The Observer and Metro; lifestyle titles such as Stylist, Grazia and Lifehacker; science publications including Inverse and Â鶹´«Ã½; and a whole bunch of tech titles, namely Wired, TechRadar, Stuff, T3, Gizmodo and OneZero.

Becca's first book, Screen Time, was published by Blink Publishing in January 2021. It is a guide to help people find a better balance with the technology they use every day.
