Bio

Gregory Wakeman was born and raised in northern England but is now based in America. He is a journalist who specialises in film, history, and travel. He has written for the BBC, the New York Times, The Guardian, National Geographic, and Smithsonian. In the past he has covered topics like the greatest film museums across the world, the forgotten story behind the most famous side-eye in Hollywood history, and Alaska’s renowned running with the reindeers, all while defiantly keeping his Lancastrian accent.
